Wells Worksite Instruction Manual Project
The objective of the Wells Worksite Instruction Manual is to assist in executing Wells specific roles and responsibilities of Shell and contractor personnel with regard to HSSE during the execution of Well’s work.
These manuals are intended to highlight the various safety responsibilities of the Onsite Shell Representative and assist in simplifying the Wells HSSE Management System. The expectation is that all field personnel will be trained in the requirements prior to accepting a field assignment as mandated by the Upstream Americas Wells Leadership Team.
