Communications / Policy Updates

Minimum Requirements to work for GOM Wells
  • HUET Training (see HUET Training link on home page for approved training providers)
  • Contractor Orientation (Available during kick-off training, online [see Contractor Orientation link on home page], or onsite)
  • Safegulf or equivalent regulatory training (to include Trash Debris Video)
  • TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Card)
  • SEMS compliance (to include proof of competency & Contractor Interface Document Adam.Halla@shell.com )
  • Follow Shell’s SSE (Short Service Employee) Policy if applicable (information available on the home page)
  • Fit For Duty (to include Drug/Alcohol testing)
  • Pre-Qualification in ISNetworld if work is classified as Medium or High risk
  • Shell approved Rigger Training (if applicable)
  • USCG Approved Letter of Determination for Non-U.S. Citizens
